You reach a win-win conclusion of a conflict, in a family or in other relationships in an NVC mediation process.

During mediation we first listen to the frustration, anger and other emotions that might have bottled up during a conflict and work on discovering the needs of both (or more) parties and the strategies that don’t work for either of you.

I listen first to both stories, sometimes even before we are all in the same room. Then I translate – your words into needs and requestes. I do the same for the other party. And usually when we have reached deep enough to touch the unmet needs, we can easily find a solution that works for you both.
