Exploring –

How We Relate to Ourselves and Others

Fascinated by language and relationships I have dedicated most of my adult life to the exploration of connection to/with ourselves and others, especially through presence, allowance and silence, but mostly the e n e r g y powering all of those. I also love learning and teaching about the words we use in conversations we have in different relationships and how much relationships matter in education.

I have studied teachings by Maria Montessori, Marshall Rosenberg, Gabor Maté, Marjan Ogorevc, Bert Hellinger, Eckhart Tolle, Mooji.

You experience an hour of deep connection to resolve conflicts, grow and feel more of the real you – in the presence I hold space and support.

MEDIATION

We seek for a win-win conclusion of a conflict, in a family or in other relationships in an NVC mediation process.

COMMUNITY CULTURE

You learn to connect and resolve conflicts as a community. You learn about emphatic expressing and receiving of yourself and others using NVC.
